Proposed Consolidation of the Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce and the Kawartha Chamber of Commerce and Tourism

If you have not had the opportunity, or wish to refresh your memory, please review the information video and/or Consolidation Proposal and/or the Memorandum of Understanding. Reviewing these will bring better understanding of the reasoning behind this proposal.

A minimum of 50% + 1 in favour is required for the motion to pass. Results will be tabulated and communicated by the Board of Directors as soon as possible.

When you you are ready, please vote on the following motion:

Motion: To approve the unanimous recommendation by both Boards of Directors to consolidate the Kawartha Chamber of Commerce and Tourism, and the Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce, under the name Peterborough and the Kawarthas Chamber of Commerce, as per the Memorandum of Understanding. Moved by: Joe Grant, LLF Lawyers LLP. Seconded by: Allison Seiderer, Living Well Home Medical Equipment.
