The Living Well Senior Showcase features 100+ exhibitors & 10 workshops. It is the show to reach Peterborough and the Kawartha's largest demographic. Peterborough is home to over 27,000 senior residents, making it one of the most vibrant seniors communities in the country! That is why the Annual Senior Showcase brings together over 100 exhibitors that offer products and services for seniors and their families all under one roof. In addition to all of the amazing exhibitors, the show offers free workshops for seniors and their families all day, making it a one-stop shop for products, services, and education.

With free parking, admission, and refreshments, it’s a popular event for exhibitors and attendees alike. 

It is a great opportunity for businesses, community groups, NFPs and service providers to connect with close to 1000 seniors and attendees. Please note if your booth choices are unavailable we will let you know and work to find the best booth for you. We must take in to account which industries are beside eachother, as well as which are taken. We update the booth map every 48 hours so it is not always 100% up to date.

​Event Vendor Disclaimer
By signing up as a vendor for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Parking: Vendors must park and unload in the designated area and then move their vehicle to the assigned vendor parking lot. This ensures that closer parking spaces remain available for senior attendees.
2. Insurance: Vendors are required to provide One-Day Event Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $2 million. The policy must list the Peterborough and Kawarthas Chamber of Commerce and the City of Peterborough as additional insured parties.
3. Electrical Access: Electrical access is only guaranteed for vendors who have selected and been assigned a designated electrical booth. If electrical access was not selected, it will not be provided.
4. Set-Up Times: Vendors must set up their booths during the designated setup time on the day of the event, from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. There may be an option for evening setup the day before; however, this is not guaranteed and will be confirmed closer to the event date.
5. Cancellation Policy:
   • Vendors may cancel their booth at least 60 days before the event for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made between 30-60 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
   • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
6. No-Show Policy: Vendors must be fully set up by 8:30 AM on the day of the event. If a vendor has not arrived or contacted the Chamber regarding a delay by this time, the Chamber reserves the right to reassign the booth without refund or compensation.
