A discussion around succession planning, how to approach a partnership derailment, dealing with stress and mental health.  The goal is to offer participants take away strategies and techniques to help them prepare for situations that can be detrimental to not only the financial health of a business, but also the health and finances of the business owners involved. Some examples of what you will learn are the importance of planning for the future of your business, questions to ask before setting up your business and should you review any partnership agreements and how to deal with stress through exercise and mindfulness.
